Where is Storage Junction located?
At the Wisconsin/ IL State Line. Our facility is at 1032 Williams Road. We're just up the street from the Mobil Gas Station/ Genoa City Travel Center and Herner's Hideaway. We're across the street from Rock Solid, just East of Route 12.
Are you close to any landmarks?
We're conveniently located off of Route 12 at the Wisconsin/ IL state line. Near Twin Lakes, Lake Geneva, and Richmond, Spring Grove, and Powers Lake.
When are your access hours?
24 hours, 7 days a week!
Do you offer climate controlled storage?
Yes! We have a brand new building that is fully climate controlled. Choose between interior acesss and drive-up units. The drive-up units have oversized doors making them a perfect fit for your RV and some boats!
What are your office hours?

Do you have any security features?
YES! This new construction facility was designed around the highest levels of security. The site is fully fenced and only accessible through secure access gate. Monitoring 24/7, our High Definition cameras record day and night, promoting the safety and security of your property.
Do you have any specials?
Yes. Please contact us for current promotins. Current customers can earn $50 for referring a family or friend, and their friend/ family will get $50 off their first month's rent!
What's the minimum contract time?
Our units are month to month, giving you the flexibility of extra storage space when you need it.
Why Storage Junction?
Locally owned and operated. We're a new construction facility & when designing Storage Junction we made sure security, easy access, and availability of different sized units were paramount. We even made our units a full foot taller than standard self storage units at other storage facilities. In our climate controlled buildings, they're even taller. This allows for 15-25% more storage volume on the same size unit as other facilities. All unit driveways are concrete and at least 30' wide, making loading and unloading even easier.
Do you have storage for my RV or Boat?
Yes! We offer secure storage options for your RV, Boat, Trailer, Car or Truck. Our spaces include extra large storage units and secure outside storage options.
What size unit do I need for my RV or Boat?
Be sure to include the total length of your RV, trailer, or boat to determine the needed size. For example, if you are storing a 22' boat and the length including the trailer is 27, you'll need a 27' or longer space. This will include the trailer tongue, spare tire, prop, etc.
What is drive-up access?
You can drive your vehicle right up to your storage unit. This means you can unload your belongings directly inside your storage unit. No carrying them up stairs or through long hallways. All of our drive aisles are concrete and extra wide making moving in and out even easier.
How do I pay my bill?
You'll get an email invoice 5 days before your due date. Pay with credit card, check, or cash. Pay anytime on our website. To make it easier, you can set up auto-pay through your online account login.

Do you offer insurance?
We recommend keeping your stored property insured. Insurance is available through SafeStor Insurance, offering simple affordable insurance plans to insure your stored property with only a $100 deductible.
